Thanks so much for stopping by! For over three years, I’ve been helping homeowners turn ideas into solid, well-crafted spaces they can truly enjoy. My specialties include fence installation and repair, building sheds and decks, additions, door and window installation, flooring, interior painting, and general carpentry. I primarily serve the Triangle area, but I’m always open to traveling a bit farther for the right project.

"I’ve always loved working with my hands. Ever since high school, I knew I wanted to be a woodworker. There’s something about taking raw materials and turning them into something both beautiful and functional that has always inspired me. That passion led me to start Scott’s Home Remedies, where I get to combine craftsmanship with helping homeowners bring their ideas to life. Every project is a chance to create something meaningful, and I treat every home like it’s my own."

Our Family

This business is truly a family effort. It’s co-owned and supported by my wife, Anna Lumpkin, who works full-time at NC State University and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She helps with the website, accounting, and organization. Together, we make sure every client gets quality workmanship along with clear communication and a smooth, stress-free experience.

We live in Cary, NC, with our two sons, Liam and Elliott, who help out in their own very important ways – by being busy, curious, and incredibly cute. They keep us laughing, grounded, and motivated to do work we’re proud to put our name on.
